Welcome to the Abu Dhabi Gaming Fantasy League.
This is a community event directed for non-commercial purposes for the sole purpose of community building through gaming and communication.
1.1. Abu Dhabi Gaming and The Organizer reserve the right to amend, edit or remove any parts of the rules, terms and conditions throughout the event without prior notice.
1.2. By participating in this competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.
1.3. This event campaign is based on utilizing the Official Fantasy Premier League game and application. This is not a tie up with the FPL or the PL. All rules by the FPL are managed and can be viewed directly on the FPL App.
Other activities, leagues or competitions may be added from time to time by Abu Dhabi Gaming or The Organizer.
2.1.Participation in the Abu Dhabi Gaming Fantasy League is limited to individuals who register through the Abu Dhabi Gaming Fantasy League website. Registration is free of charge.
2.2.To be eligible for any prizes throughout the competition, participants must register on the Website, join the Abu Dhabi Gaming Fantasy League on the official FPL App, and join the Abu Dhabi Gaming Discord Server. (Access to the FPL League code and Discord server is shared via email once you register).
2.3. All winners must be registered on the Abu Dhabi Gaming Fantasy League website to claim the prize. Winner must provide registration details. In some cases, The Organizer may ask the participant proof of registration date and time.
2.4. Scoring of points will only be accepted if the winner has registered and joined the league on FPL and Discord prior to each gaming week / month.
3.1. By registering on the Website, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data and information. We may use this data for promotional materials and communications.
3.2. Personal data and information will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
4.1. Step 1 - Transfer Point Deduction: If two teams have equal points, the team with fewer points deducted due to transfers will be ranked higher. If both teams are still tied after this consideration, proceed to Step 2.
4.2. Step 2 - Bench Points Difference: If the tie persists, the team with the higher total points from their bench players will be ranked higher.
5.1. Prizes will be awarded to participants in accordance with the competition rules. These rules may change over the course of the competition, and any such changes will be communicated to participants through Discord and updated on the website.
5.2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
5.3. Abu Dhabi Gaming and The Organizer reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.
5.4. Winners must present their GCC ID to verify their registration and claim their prize.
5.5. Winners must have a valid GCC mobile number in order to claim their prize.
6.1. The competition includes weekly, monthly and grand prizes. The schedule for prize distribution will be clearly outlined on the Discord Channel.
6.2. The selection of winners and the distribution of prizes will be at the sole discretion of The Organizer. Decisions regarding winners and prizes are final.
7.1. Participants must comply with all rules and regulations of the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) on the official FPL website.
7.2. Participants must also be of legal age to participate in the Abu Dhabi Gaming Fantasy League in the UAE, Bahrain, KSA ,Kuwait, Oman, Qatar.
8.1. Any rule being broken may lead to disciplinary action. This action will be at the discretion of The Organizer, and the situation will be taken into account.
8.2. All participants in any competition will be required to uphold the highest standards and observe common sportsmanship. Racism will NOT be tolerated. If you are seen to be racist in any capacity, then you will have action taken against you. Being abusive in any way towards fellow players or admins will also result in disciplinary action.
8.3. Any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in a forfeit of a Match Ban, or Ban from Events. Punishable unsportsmanlike behavior includes but is not limited to, excessive use of foul or degrading language. In addition, breaking any rule may result in a forfeit of a Game, forfeit of a Match, Verbal Warning or Ban from Events.
8.4. Abu Dhabi Gaming and The Organizer reserve the right to suspend or terminate the competition or a participant's registration at any time for any reason including but not limited to violation of the terms and conditions or disruptive behavior
9.1. Abu Dhabi Gaming and The Organizer reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the GCC (UAE, Bahrain, KSA , Kuwait, Oman, Qatar)
By registering on the Website and participating in the Abu Dhabi Gaming Fantasy League, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
